Early Arrivals and Late Departures

If you plan to arrive at the St Ives Harbour Hotel prior to the arrival time or would like to depart late we will try and accommodate your wishes although we cannot guarantee that your room will be available. Our concierge will be delighted to store your luggage for you if you room is not available for early arrival or late departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for room reservations must be received by 48 hours prior to arrival, although this may differ if you have not booked though our website. If a room cancelation is not received by the specified time, the St Ives Harbour Hotel reserves the right to charge for the first nights accommodation. Please check payment, cancellation policies and deposit requirements at the time of booking.
