Entrance Hallway
As you walk into this luxurious ground floor holiday apartment you will enter the spacious entrance hallway, which has an area to hang coats and store shoes. All rooms are accessible off of the entrance hallway.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is located off the entrance hallway. The fully fitted kitchen benefits from high gloss units, large granite worktops, a fitted Neff eye line oven and microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob, integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. All glassware and crockery will be provided along with a toaster and a kettle. If you wish to order a welcome hamper for when you arrive please enquire when booking.
Dining Area
The open plan kitchen area leads into the dining area, which is perfect for socialising with your guests while preparing dinner. Enjoy dining around the large dining table, which seats up to 6 people. The open plan dining area leads in to the spacious living area.
Living Area
The living area is light and airy with wall to ceiling french doors, which leads you out on to your own private balcony. Enjoy lounging on the large corner sofa, while watching your favourite film on the flat screen Digital TV.
Balcony
Your very own large private balcony benefits from sea glimpses through the trees. Enjoy al fresco summer dining on your own outdoor dining area.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is located off the entrance hallway, and is luxurious and lavish in everyway. Wake up to mesmerizing views from the floor to ceiling french doors that open out on to the balcony. Furnished with a double bed with the finest egyptian cotton bed linen, two bedside tables with lamps, flat screen TV, hairdryer, ample storage and your very own ensuite bathroom.
Ensuite Bathroom
The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom is tiled throughout with mosaic and porcelain wall tiles. The facilities include a bath with an overhead shower, WC, wash basin, shaving point and heated towel rail.
Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom is located off the entrance hallway, the bedroom has twin beds with luxurious egyptian cotten linen, bedside tables with lamps, flat screen TV, hairdryer and a large wardrobe.
Communal Bathroom
The communal bathroom is fitted with the same facilites as the ensuite bathroom.
Tariff
All apartments are available on a week let basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
