Food and Beverage Manager
We are currently looking for a hands on Food and Beverage Manager to join the dynamic management team and take responsibility for a £1 million+ food business, in conjunction with the Executive Head Chef. Operating over a 100 cover brasserie & terrace and a banqueting business exceeding 200 covers this is a very busy, contemporary property.
For this Food and Beverage Management role you will be responsible for the management and development of all food and beverage within the hotel. As Food and Beverage Manager you will be expected to have a hands on presence and be totally accountable for all health, hygiene, and financial performance. This post will also come with Duty Management responsibilities.
As Food and Beverage Manager you will have at least 2 years experience to a minimum of Head of Department in a food and beverage outlet in a 4 star deluxe or 5 star property, with a particular focus on delivering quality food and service. In addition to a competitive salary there is also the potential to earn more with an achievable bonus scheme.
