Wedding Packages

To keep our planning simple we have created three wedding proposals. These are by no means exhaustive and if you prefer, we can tailor proposals to match your exact requirements. For ease we have also created a choice of dishes from which to choose your menu. The price is based per person on a minimum number of guests. For weddings taking place on a Saturday, we may require a minimum number of guests to attend the wedding breakfast. For wedding parties which take an evening reception, an evening buffet must be included which caters for 80% of the expected guests.

The Porthmeor Wedding Proposal

• Red Carpet arrival for you and your guests
• Glasses of Bucks Fizz with Sparkling Wine or Pimms on arrival or after your Ceremony
• 3-course meal accompanied with Coffee & Truffles
• Half a bottle of house recommendation wine per person
• One Glass of Sparkling Wine for the Toast
• Evening buffet
• Use of a Silver cake stand and Knife
• Services of a Toastmaster
• White Table Linen and Napkins
• A dedicated Wedding Coordinator & Services of a Banqueting Manager throughout your day

• 3 Course Wedding Breakfast with Coffee & Truffles or Day Barbeque (maximum numbers apply)
• Half a bottle of the house recommendation wine per guest
• Unlimited still or sparkling mineral water, for the Wedding Breakfast
• Glass of Sparkling Wine for the Toast
• Evening Buffet
• Use of Silver Cake Stand and Knife
• White Table Linen and Napkins
• Services of a Toastmaster
